unfortunately in ecas they don't have categories like 'remedicals need to be done' (I think they might have 'additional documents asked for' ..i am not sure) so it is hard to know what DM means...I wrote my side of story just to say anything can happen..interviewer kept saying 'i think you wrote that in tourist visa application to deceive us' hoping that my partner will admit that he wrote that knowing fully well it was a lie but that did not happen...so it is possible that your DM could be asking you to submit remedicals or asking for additional documents...just stay calm and find out from MP what is the result of decision and whatever the decision maybe act accordingly...

I think u will hear something on ur case after 4-5 month atleast if u r a nov. applicant. NDVO usually takes 2 month to clear a month files. And also September Intake is coming for student visa. This may delay Family class sponsership files.

I dont think it will take that long for Nov applicants. I know people who were august applicant got their visa in March & Oct applicant got visa in May 2nd week. So hope for the best....

Yes, you Ecas should state 'Med Results Received'

i have that from the first medical its been there since first ecas update

need one help from all u experenced people. My husband have sponsored for my PR via lawyer in canada.
On cic ecase it is showing his address only.

Is there any way to chnage the address to my local address of India

Hi initially its the lawyer address then it changes to local address in the later stage i don't recall that stage...

when u login thru UCI u get both the addresses
with application number its just lawyers address first then ur local address

I dont think it will take that long for Nov applicants. I know people who were august applicant got their visa in March & Oct applicant got visa in May 2nd week. So hope for the best....

Exactly!! They are not adopting the same procedure even for the applicants who've applied on same date & in same month. God knows what procedure they follow to deal with the cases but lets hope all lead to GRANT OF VISA SOONEST OF SOON!

hello.. thnks pavan !! currently they r working on there backlogs & working on August applicants.. im too waiting 4 my visa as im 8th August applicant.. its too hard to wait, as already about to be 10months & still waiting !! People r on que & waiting badly..I dnt understand why they r taking soo much time..im totally frustrated, may month about to end up.. except wait nothing can be done...
I hope n wish I recieve something by this week..u & me r on same month applicant.. its really hieghts

I was also worried seeking NOV applicants receiving PP request but then got to know that NDVO has stopped asking pp in year 2014 and demands it only when they are opened up with yur file and yur medical and PCC is near to expiry. Still I give it a check again.
