no they dint asked to do anything.. she jus said tht vill let u knw our decision or if we want any documents... tht ws her last answer.. m so damn nervous i cudnt slp whole nyt

October applicants are less. Mostly by July/Aug should be completed.

Right now, they are working on August and September. Though we see very less Sep people getting DM on this forum, we must accept that there are many other sep applicants out there who are not even on this forum and since they are working on Sep, we must assume some of these Sep people are getting their visa.
This means that Sep- Oct will be worked on in month of June, Oct- Nov in month of July and Nov- Dec in month of August.

And it all depends on when your backgrounds/ police checks that the NDVO on their own initiates as soon as they receive your passport (this is done by NDVO besides the PCC we submit), comes back to NDVO. In case your checks come back early, then sometimes your visa will be issued earlier too.

We are waiting for our passports. It will take 7-10 days.
You will get it in this week.

it makes me worried that they did not ask you to do medicals again....junior officers who interview don't have authority to make decisions only recommendations....hang in there..you or your lawyer should get an email from them soon and I pray it should be good news...

On seeing the time line the time line though the application date is same Sponsorship date may be different the date on which the file is created may differ. Further to avoid remedicals the process might have been started a bit early for shakeadn. Within a week you will also have status change.
wishing you a speedy processing. Be positive while playing this waiting game.

RCMP finger print scanning XXth September 2013
RCMP Report received and sent from RCMP Ottawa to New Delhi on 8th Jan 2014

Re-medical Request received on XXth March 2014
Re-medical Report sent on XXth March 2014

My status changed in May 2014 from "In Progress" to "Application Received"

Rest all details on ECAS remains unchanged.

I want to know why this change in status has happened from "In Progress" to " Application Received".

Has anyone faced the same issue. And what does this change in status really means??

Please your replies would be greatly appreciated and help me in clarification since email to CIC Delhi are left "Un-Answered"
My application time-line of 13 months has also crossed but still no reply from CIC DELHI.
