On May 22, I called NDVO number with the extension given to me by Mr.Richard (who called me the day before) and it went into an answering machine, wherein I explained my situation and told that I will not be able to land before June 10.
On May 23, afternoon (3.30pm) I received email for Reassessment of Medical Validity from :

Completed MEDICAL REPORT CHEST X-RAY REQUISITION AND REPORT form (Page 6 and 7 of IMM5419) .
Duly completed Re-assessment Form (attached)
Serum creatinine report
Please visit this website: http://www.cic.gc.ca/dmp-md/medical.aspx for identifying Panel Physician (PP) in your vicinity and take this email to the Panel Physician (PP) for the re-assessment(s) to be arranged. Please remember to inform the PP that the results will need to be sent to India .
You have 07 days from the date of receipt of this email to comply with this request. Failure to do so may result in the closing of your Immigration medical file, which may result in the refusal of your application.

I was asked to do Serum Creatinine Report in the original first Medicals also, because I had Diabetes. That maybe the reason for recommending the same again.
On May 24(Today), I did my Medicals as required at KIMS Trivandrum, and asked them to send the reports through courier to NDVO, which they said they will be doing on Monday.(May 26)
Now the wait for 'In Process', 'Decision Made' and 'Passport with Visa' begins!
My ECAS still shows 'Application Received' and 'Interview on May21'!!!

I was at the High Commission at 9.30am, and they called me for interview at about 10.45am. I went alone as wife was in Canada. A white middle aged lady took my interview. She was cordial and heard out what I wanted to say. She didnt ask any dates as such...only the marriage date and how many days we stayed together after marriage. Whenever she asked me a question, I went all out and explained in detail. She was kind enough and very patient with me. Her queries were more about our relationship and how it blossomed, and why we did'nt marry before my wife got PR and why we could not stay with each other for more time after marriage, where did my wife work while in India, and questions mostly surrounding my wife's career in India etc.. Finally, she asked proof of communication I and gave about 350 pages transcripts of whatsapp and skype, which she looked just once and gave back and out of the blue told me that she is satisfied and that she is going to approve for visa..
and she gave me back the photographs which i had sent with my application and she said that she is going to keeping the Passport and will check for medical expiry and will let me know in a few days....And it was over! took about 50 minutes!
I went back to the hotel and thought of spending the day out in Old delhi and at about 2.45 pm, when I was near the Red Fort area, got a call from the HighCommission, and the guy, Richard asked me if I could land before June 10th! I was confused as I have some pending works to do... and was not sure it will be complete by that time. He reassured me and told me to get back by tomorrow and let him know my decision, and if I cant then they will send a remedical letter. He said not to take any risk and rush, as if i cant land before that it wont be possible to extend it.. (The call got disconnected once and he called me back again in 5 minutes and explained patiently.. as the mobile reception in that area was really bad). So have to inform him tomorrow that I am looking for remedical.... thats the story of today! Relieved and truly excited!!
