Hello everyone

Can someone Help me I have few questions

Its been a year to this date since i applied
medical expired for 5 months now
File is In Process since 14 march 2014

My question is

Will they return my passport for re medical or not ?
Can I get my medical done without my passport but with file no:? its a dumb question i know
Or they just send the medical form for re medical?

A quick question.............i am planning to apply for notes....
I know there's a need to attach consent form IMM 5744 but i want to know that is there any need to get it signed by the sponsor and fill out section B of the form in spousal sponsorship??
i am the applicant here.

No, the sponsor does not have to sign the consent form although there is a space for the sponsor to sign. I applied for mine without the sponsor signing it and I got my notes in 30 calender days! Hope this helps!

now processing time is 13 months so it is normal if they didn't req for passport. ...wait for few months. ..u will get passport request. ...welcome to d waiting game...

yes i am nov applicant and NDVO didn't ask for passport yet

Primoo - Your wife needs her passport to re-do her medical... Also, the agent we had an interview with sent us the letter about 1 week after our interview - but it went to our lawyers office in Canada - so it took a month to get there... is your mailing address in India?

We applied for notes on 25th feb and I see it was generated on the 28th feb. According to that note nothing started except medicals passed. So frustrating!

hi guys need ur suggestion

I have applied for FSW with arranged employment in Feb 2014 and file is under processing at NDVO. Due to some unforseen circumustances, I may have to leave this job now. Is there any way i can still make my application successful? I have sufficient funds to support my family of 2. Is there any possibility of switching FSW from AEO to arranged employment category? .or do i have to withdraw my current application and do new one? which one is better option (my NOC is present new FSW 2014 occupations list). Please seniors advice me.

They update the data quarterly and last updated on 28-Feb-2014 so you will see an update around end of this month on data.gc.ca

PASSPORT RECEIVED : 8th May
