IN PROCESS : 26th April
DECISION MADE : 6th May
PASSPORT RECEIVED : 8th May

Primoo - Your wife needs her passport to re-do her medical... Also, the agent we had an interview with sent us the letter about 1 week after our interview - but it went to our lawyers office in Canada - so it took a month to get there... is your mailing address in India?

Guys,

My wife passed the interview on Monday May 5, 2014. The officer seemed satsified and after the interview he said he will send her a re-medical letter in the evening but he never did.

I don't know how these people can lie so blatantly in applicant's faces. He did not return her passport either. I am not sure what is going to happen now, but he gave her all her ID's back.

Now we are waiting again, after 1 full year of applying. This is so stupid, why does NDVO play with people like this.

I have a feeling they are going to again just ignore older applicants.

Please share your experience anyone when was re-medical letter sent to you after the interview.

What type of questions they asked.If possible share.

no...chandigarh embassy called her...so she collect her passport from chd embassy. ..

didnt u read properly wat i asked her?? i said where she stay and not from where she got a call....of course i know she got a call from chandigarh.......anyway they asked u to collect it from their office cos ur living close by (around 2 hrs drive).......all the best Reetika CHEERS!!!

don't worry its ndvo's trend now, not work properly. .just wait for few days they will send it...

My medicals are going to expire on July 14th...do you guys think is there any hope that will get the visa by then? My passport is with NDVO. I am considered November applicant....if not what is the process for re-medicals and how long will it take?

A quick question.............i am planning to apply for notes....
I know there's a need to attach consent form IMM 5744 but i want to know that is there any need to get it signed by the sponsor and fill out section B of the form in spousal sponsorship??
i am the applicant here.
