If she is july applicant then she will get her visa anytime. ..bcoz mostly July applicants get dere visa's....

showing medical results have been received.

Medical done 16 may 2013
Passport Requested- 26 September 2013
Passport received - 28 September 2013

But still status showing application received. How long more it will take to get visa??

Seems like your file was transferred on 16th September, as your sponsorship decision was taken on 16th September, you are September applicant but not July, as they have just started applications from September, so just matter of time till they call your number. NVDO works accordingly on file transfer date rather than application filed date.

A small query.....Is PCC from The SP Office (Superintendent of police) acceptable or we have to necessarily get it done from Regional passport Office?

SP office, RPO is doable.

He has filed application for sponsorship in June, but file transfer date is Sep. 16 which is more important, timeline 13 months on CIC website refers accordingly to file transfer date to NVDO. If sponsorship at Mississauga takes longer is not problem of Delhi office, so they have mentioned two different timelines on CIC websites.

Any september applicant got visa ?? I am just worried about medical gonna expire in may, so they call it for re-medical or visa??

so u r june applicant. ..apply gcms notes then u will know abt ur current status. .
