Happy to see August applicant's moving... Hope my son (and me) will be able to live with his father soon... Just doesn't make sense how this wait is torturing, can't imagine all the past applicants still waiting...

They have started processing on April 26th. Waiting for DM ;D ;D

just got the responce from ndvo through mp inquire,
through mp we found that ndvo is gona send my passport with shiny shiny visa soon and I suppose to get my passport within 2 weeks..
super super excited guys I don't think so I can sleep tonite

How many late 2012/early 2013 applicant's are there that still have yet to hear from NDVO? I have a family friend who is a March 2013 applicant(someone who applied before I did), and still hasn't heard anything from the NDVO, through ordering the notes, they have discovered that their file has been recommended an interview, but still have yet to hear anything from the NDVO. It's awkward since NDVO is already beginning work on September 2013 applicant's and those who I've just mentioned seem to be the forgotten applicant's?

most on the list have got their visas and settled in Canada...as for your family friend who has been waiting since 2013, he/she is one of the unfortunate ones that NDVO put it aside if it requires interview or viewed as needing some extra work like researching...deep singh feb 2013 applicant found out about interview just now....it took them 10 months to open my file....May 2014 will be one year anniversary of submitting file and when they approve my visa, god knows how long will it take for ordering medicals, submitting and then they take their own time to ask for passport etc...good thing I am not one of those 2012 applicants who are still waiting to hear about their visas. It is horrible the way NDVO has treated some of them...

The family friend of mine ordered the notes twice and both times they(ndvo) screwed up the personal information on both husband and wife big time. NDVO claims that both parties are male, this is the sponsor's second marriage(when infact it's the first for both sponsor & applicant) and got their religious background detail wrong. They even had a paid representitve send an e-mail to the ndvo and on the second notes they ordered, that e-mail was acknowledged, yet they still failed to correct the mistakes?
