I traveled through Jet Airways Delhi-Brussels-Toronto (June 7,2013). I booked my ticket using Yatra, if you are not confident then you can ask Yatra sales people they can give you in black in white regarding "NO TRANSIT VISA REQUIRED"

Jet airways has second largest base located in Brussels, so Jet airways passengers travelling through Brussels do not require transit visa. But you can also call up Belgian embassy New Delhi.

So just wondering from past experiences, what could happen after IN PROCESS? I mean DM or interview? How long does it take etc?

Yup, they are going randomly. I applied July 11, 2013, and they have already given visas to people that applied at the end of July. I am not the only only one though, many of us got skipped
