I believe my file is also in the wretched loop. have been in Ip for 2 months now. i received notes yesterday and it says FCU- RFV from 3/3/ 2014( family class unit - ready for visa)

however i noticed that my security clearance is blank. Eligibility, Medical and criminality all passed. Same page has S.15(1) marked on top left side of page. i been researching it out and based on previous experience, people said it is security check being done on file.FOR HOW LONG!!!!!!!

Guys, need help!

Since NDVO hasnt responded to my mails for correction of re-assessment of medicals, I'm sending them a courier with their mail, a cover letter for correction and proof of all previois communications from them.

Question is whom do i address it to? Specifically the Health Dept or generally just the High Commission of Canada? And shoulld I mention that i've also sent e-mails in the same regard with no response?

Please help! Would like to send it out this eve if possible!

just call them and ask, Delhi visa office should be able to give you exact info. Its critical so I won't say and guesses. When I sent my documents, I didn't write anything extra except immigration section... blah blah .. New Delhi India

I am a May applicant and already 4 months in IP. I got remedical request in month of March and already finished that. My PCC expired today. Is there a chance that I can be asked to do a PCC again?

I read somewhere that even after all clearance is received CIC keep security part as blank. My guess is yuo would be getting visa anytime from now

I read somewhere that even after all clearance is received CIC keep security part as blank. My guess is yuo would be getting visa anytime from now

if thats the case, my file been lying at someones desk from 3/3/2014 ready to be stamped:-((((((

WHY!!!!! WHY!! why! i hope someone from NDVO will dust off the passport and put teh sticker on it soon.

Couldn't you just do the medical test and send it to the embassy without the letter? When my husband did his first medical test in Bangalore, at Elibit hospital, they didn't even filled the pre-test, they just send the medical results direct by computer and gave us a receipt of test. But this was the first test, no a re-medical assessment, so I am not an expert...

But I wonder, if the hospital send the remedical test with correct name in their system, maybe it could be ok??? Because I think it is very difficult to communicate with the NDVO, the only way is by your Member of Parlement... I hope your case will be fixed soon... This must be very difficult for you, such a BIG mistake from NDVO!! :-X

Great news!!! Congratulation SN0206 for your visa. Can you tell me when did u do re-medical. And have u send any acknowledgement to them. I am also waiting after re-medical.

Did u apply for notes? if then they should have a validity mentioned if criminality assessment is done.

In most cases, they dont ask to redo PCC, but then again you never know NDVO. For peace of mind you can get a pcc with just passport copy if you are redoing PCC from a police commissioners office.

Any June 2013 applicants still waiting to receive visa??? Were June applicant not only medical has passed so far rest is "in progress" not in process yet!!!

This waiting game is too hurting now!!

I am a June applicant and also waiting after my re-medicals (09 April 2014).IP since March 14,2014.

MP enquiry took us to a different tangent altogether!! And I checked with the diagnostics, including elbit who said I'd need the correct name on the mail...which is why i'm looking at sending them a courier as a last resort! :/

And yea, its horrible because I'm stuck with no way to go and they dont bother to get back to our mails either!!

which email address u send ur mails..?
Bcoz chandigarh consular section give us email address
Of delhi..I email them nd within 3 business days they response back...

probably not...pcc is not as crucial as medicals....some 2012 forum members were asked to redo pcc since they have waited for more than 1.5 years...

still I found my status Application received.

You file has been received on dated 9th July 2013.

When it would be in In process . Is they Put status in Process in CIC or directly Call or DM
