Hi guys I am one of the few july applicants waiting for my turn to get visa....should I go for mp inquiry...how long does it take...what Is the procedure nd requirements...I am 2nd july applicant who is really frustrated with the way ndvo decides which file to open nd which not....in canada u get services in the queue or line...but really mad how they cant follow their own rules....

My wife's e-cas status is now "In Process". Considering her remedical is being processed in Chandigarh, hopefully we get to hear some good news real soon.

I am also a July 11, 2013 applicant. There are many many of us July applicants still left without any updates. I did an MP inquiry and found that they haven't even touched my file yet, it's still waiting for initial review, which makes no sense since people all the way at the end of July have received their visa's

I am july 25th applicant and no news yet for me!!

I dont know how they operate.. they are doing July 30 before July 25.. I dont know whats going on.. so confused and frustrated!

I am a July 11, 2013 applicant, we are not alone as there are still some July applicants on this forum that have heard nothing, I found out through MP that my file is still waiting for initial review, meaning they have not even opened my file yet, don't know how much longer it's going to take

It's driving me crazy waiting for PR completion, I am thinking of going back to india to be with my partner will this impact my PR process.
Please do let me know if there are any complications.

Going back to India to visit your spouse doesn't put any complications to your PR process, infact, it does the opposite, you can use the proof of you visiting your spouse post-marriage in India as evidence that your relationship is genuine.

hi gagi007 im also july 26 2013 ,my medical expired on march 17 2014 and still no any calls from NDVO for remedicals.i checked everyday.ecas status but it always shows ur application may hve been received but not processing yet,,as u hve said in the forum many july applicants got their visas...why is this happen do u hve any idea,,wat u suggest me guys...........................

Hi friend, I myself have no idea what they are doing. I did an MP inquiry last week and found out that they have not even touched my file yet, it is still awaiting "initial review", so they haven't even looked at it. I would suggest you also go to your local MP and do an inquiry, it's the fastest way to find out whats going on with your file. It is so frustrating, they have given visa's to people all the way at the end of July, but they skipped us, and without any updates, so sad
