I need an advice here guys, I am an october, 2013 applicant, is there anything I could see in caips at this stage, any clue abt what is happening or next bfd.

They are still working on July applicants. I am assuming that they will start on october by june or july. I know it is soo hard this separation. I am a november applicant so i could not take this separation so I am going to India in June and stay with my spouse till he gets his visa. I am not sure if there is any rule that a Sponsor cannot stay outside Canada for more than two weeks. I am worried now i dont want to go just for two wks

Is there anybody who applied for caips within 6 months of application, please advise me.
2ndly last month my husband came to see me for few days and we went on trip and family gatherings etc, should I send these proofs to NDVO, as additional proofs, I hope they don't get offended as I came to know they behave strange sometimes.
somebody said they put additional proofs along with the file and obviously they gonna open file after few months.
Just to share, I found this really shocking on cic that even a sponsor is not allowed to stay out of canada for more than 2 weeks during an application, if he is a pr. Is it punishable offense if a Can pr marries in India.
I wud consider it so as I cannot go there, he cannot come here, forceful separation is a punishment..rt??
Please advice me as I am about to do these 2 steps.
