then she returned my passport and says i m not satisfied with you both.i refused your application.you may go to appeal then she stand up and exit from the cabin.

Hello friends please suggest me any appeal lawyer number and address

in Toronto Canada.

Hello Friends one request please anybody know where is visa officer living in new Delhi any address.i want to meet that lady only one time more.
I feel really sorry for your refusal...as you said your spouse's cousin married to your sister after 2 days from your marriage. This is only possible in Muslim religion ( haritsharma is not a Muslim name). And your spouse did not mention about Your sister's relation to her cousin. Moreover your wife's father was not present at your marriage. Many people in india ( specifically in Punjab) do watta-satta marriages and NDVO is very aware about this issue these days. They may also interview your sister and her husband. So you must consider these thing. Good luck for your application.

I think that because of your past relationship who was also on your PR application, there is some delay that they want to make sure that your current marriage is genuine. Have some faith and patience. I am sure you will be hearing good news soon as well. Don't worry everything will be fine.
Your GCMS notes take 1 month approximately to be sent to you if you used the electronic version.

THANKS. KEEP US IN PRAYERS.

Hand on buddy .. Don't worry everything will be ok. Waiting is the big part of their process. The processsing time for NDVO is 13 months now but because they were in strike for 7 months, its taking more time for few applicant.

Because of your past relation they must have red flagged your application so it might delay the process by couple of months.
Once you get your notes you will know what all are these red flags and reason behind it.
Just to let you know it takes atleast 4 weeks or some time upto 6 weeks to receive notes so pls don't worry, you will receive notes soon.
I have no past relation, neither my spouse, no travel history & the only possible red flag in my file can be age difference, I also still haven't heard from them. Its more than 9 months..

Just stay strong pls

THANKS. KEEP US IN PRAYERS.

interview is being held in Delhi (your sponsor should verify the local time in his/her province of
residence in Canada which corresponds to the Indian Standard Time which has been scheduled
for your interview). If your sponsor is in India, he/she should accompany you to the interview.
Please provide us with a residential phone number and address for your sponsor at the
interview. Not all sponsors will be contacted as it may not be necessary.

Accompanying children over 18 years of age must appear with you at the interview. Children
under 18 do not need to attend unless we have so requested. Applicants who are adopted
(except infants) must also attend, along with their natural parents and "power of attorney".
Adoptive parents are encouraged to attend but are not required to do so.

The Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi provides interpretation
services for Hindi and Punjabi only. Family class applicants who require an interpreter for
another language must engage the services of a qualified professional interpreter from an
approved list of interpretation companies. This approved list of interpretation companies is
attached to this letter. Should the applicant come to interview without one of these interpreters,
the interview will be rescheduled, leading to processing delays. Interpreters other than from the
firms on the approved list will not be accepted.
Please note that the figures quoted by the interpretation companies are not negotiable.
Further, the companies have no connection to the High Commission and cannot assist
you in any way to improve your chances of obtaining a visa. Should you attempt to
negotiate on either on these items, we have instructed the companies to refuse to take
you as a client. Thirdly, the companies should be contacted during business hours only.
Should you call at any other time, the companies will refuse to take your calls
