During the interview he throw the passport towards me without saying anything regarding it. Even I didn't ask him why he returned.

keep an eye on your inbox. ..you might get request for remedical. ..cheer up mate....in worst case scenario. ...you can appeal in federal court of Canada or at NDVO too....

While landing is it fine if we give different address then that mentioned in the PR document so as to get the PR card at new address(same city different address). Or will the officer not accept it and create any problems ?

Wow, you are really lucky! July applicants are just starting to being processed. It is very surprising to see you already are in process since January. So you might be getting your visa really soon :D

Thank you very much Desi Girl.

Sahil, the only way you'll know the reason for your rejection ( if it surely is a rejection) is thru notes...i dont know the conversation during your interview, but the officer may have baddgered you about something in particular. And i'm not sure if there a timeline within which you have to appeal....Please check the appeal cases, i'm sure you'll get proper info from them.

I'm livid about the way you have been treated during the interview.....this is beyond wrong!!!!

Even if it takes a month for your notes, its worth it. Find a good lawyer and do your due diligence by the time you get your notes...prepare such an appeal ki koi mai ka laal cant raise fingers at your case.

Don't worry things will get better!
