i had an interview yesterday but my ecas still shown app received . when it change to ip or dm. they asked that if we issue u visa can u fly before 5th april i said yes. so guys wat wil the nxt step by ndvo...? any guesses when i wil get my shiny visa?

Ecas is so unreliable. You will get pp back with visa in few days. Be ready for it.

I m August 2013 applicant and recieved my first GCMS notes last week, there is not enough information in it this time,can somebody suggest me when should I order the Notes again to find out the status of my application ,,

Therefore, they havent started processing on august applicants so it was kind of early for you to apply for GCMS notes like nothing started yet. You may apply next month end or May. Just wait until they start processing on August by early May. All the best!

I agree Myrah did a great job in getting the spreadsheet to how it is right now. But slowly I'm noticing, the spreadsheet is either delayed in getting updated or few applicants are completely missing from the spreadsheet. Take no offence, maybe its time for someone who is more active to take over the spreadsheet business. Maybe Desi-girl.. I dont know, you guys decide.. Let Myrah enjoy her life in Canada...

To the few, I'm not here to kick start a fight or anything... It is just my opinion. If you dont like my opinion, you are most welcome to ignore it.!!

what you said is right. But Myrah has done too many updates on the spreadsheet and she has done for the 2014 spreadsheet too. She must be busy with it too. I am sure she will update them to the spreadsheet on time than later. dont worry myrah will give someone when shes too busy. Desi girl has also posted for the weekly updates on this forum. It should be helpful for you too.

I agree that Myrah did a great job with the spreadsheet and keeping us updated. She is also in charge of the 2014 spreadsheet. But she is really busy now with her hubby and adapting to her new life in Canada. The cold and snow is brutal. So it does make sense for her to train someone else too.

However, as the processing of July applications are starting, I might also not be on the forum for much longer afterwords, especially after my last and final OMG...
But knowing my luck... I might be delayed too... So who knows?
Waiting2exhale, SN0206, or someone else can also be in charge.
But I definitely don't mind updating the spreadsheet for the time being as long as I get access to it and someone can show me the ropes. I might not be able to do it everyday as some odd days I don't have access to a computer but I can do it definitely since I am online almost everyday.

Desi-girl , my situation is similar like yours - uncertainty. Hopefully, my interview will be done by next month and at the most by June. With this uncertainty, I cannot do a good job of maintaining spreadsheet. Hence I suggest someone who just applied (sept - dec 2013 applicants) could take over this job of maintaining spreadsheet.

Hello guys,
I am really very happy for the people who are finally getting In process and DM's on their status after waiting for a long time. I am the aug applicant waiting for my visa but dunno when its gonna come so much depressed with this immigration system who are making our lives miserable for no reason. I thought they would be coming up with some efficient system inorder to process the cases more efficiently. I also understand their are applicants waiting since a year to get their visa...I really feel so sad about them and really appreciate their patience and the bonding which they have maintained in their relationship. I dont kknow why but i really missed those days when u get marrried and you have those amazing, surprised, and exciting days of ur life after marriage and you know what i am just missing those days of my life...oohh i am sure we all are in same boat....I think this is the only platform where you can come up and share ur emotions and feelings and where everyone of us understand and knows the face we all are going through...
I wish god to give all the strenght and patience to all our applicants who are in their toughest part of their lives waiting for their loved ones to get reuinte together in to their eternal bond of love and emotions.
Lat but not the least I would like to thank Myrah for her amazing and outstanding dedication and emotional attachment towards this forum who has religiously followed this forum and took initiative to update this forum on the top. I wish her all the best and very happy and joyful life in Canada.
And also thinks if any one of us who is also active, dedicated and determined to take this privilege to update this spreadsheet as an when we get update....

don't get depressed you turn to get visa will come in a couple of months.....whenever I think of my uncertain situation, I feel mine is not as bad as those who had applied in 2012 and still waiting to get their visas....

Hi my name is binal krunal patel. My husband got his PR in march 2012 while he was in india nd after dat we got married in april 2012 nd he went back to canada in may 2012. When he landed in canada with his PR he forgot to inform d visa office as well as d airport dat after gettin his PR he got married to me. After dat he also hored a lawyer in canada to change his marital status in visa office but d lawyer cheated him nd did not do nething about it. We filed my spouse visa file in february 2013 after waitin for nearly 9 months for d status to change. But un fortunately it did not change. Now after 1 year from d date we filed d application delhi ambassy office is not accepting me as my husband's wife just becos we dint change d status. Dey have given me the time period of 30 days.
Now can pls ull suggest me wat should i do further.
How can i explain dem the truth.
Pls if nebody can help me.

Hi Binal,

Ideally your husband should have updated his marital status at the time of his landing. But its not the end of the world. Try going through lawyer and MP to get this sorted out. Dont worry there is always a way out.
