hello all,
i m 21 june applicant...my ecas only shows application received everybody else got in process or decision made...i neither do mp enquiry nor apply for notes....plz guys suggest me which one is the best option....really so worried !!!!

do both..one thing is not better than the other. If your MP is really interested in finding the reason for delay and not give the usual BS (within normal processing time and we can't do anything about your file) then it is much faster than notes.

She was paid this much amount via epaymet. Thanks for that info. Then, i dont know why my file not processing yet. Im 17 june applicant. Ndvo skip to processing towards 25th 26th june applications.

You are looking at August of this year before you see any movement. They just started processing some June 2013 applications in February/March, so judging by that, November 2013 applications should start in August. Hang in there friend

Average processing time for spouse visa is now 8-12 months from the date of application receive, did you get passport request submission ?

well according to me if you don't get any document request or interview. You should be done in 6 to 8 months

Mailed on August 2 2013, and Received on August 6, 2013.. I got a Email from CIC Office on Aug 22, 2013 they have all the paperwork and gave me a Appl. No. On Sept 19 2013 I got a email from New Delhi that they want my Spouse to mail his/her passport to New Delhi Visa Office. My Spouse in India Mailed the passport along with a document provided from New Delhi Office on Sept 20, 2013 and was delivered to CIC New Delhi Office, on Sept 23 2013. I went to India on 4 Oct 2013 to visit my Spouse. I was there till Dec 25 2013. Hoping he/she get the visa by then. I have extended one month ahead and I am now going back to Canada on Jan 30 2014. I have emailed Delhi immigration dec 2013 to find out the status but they won't tell me. The status is Appl. in received. I was hoping to take my spouse with me to Canada. Please Help me Out to know when he/she will get his/her visa or status to be updated.

Permanent Residence Status Still Show

We received your application for permanent residence on August 6, 2013.

You should hear an update in End-April or Early May, currently they are working on June applicants with many many many applicants are still awaiting from Jan-May 2013, wish you early visa, best of luck.

I wanted to know from those who got their passport back with the Visa. Did you get any landing paper as well with the visa or it is just the passport with the Visa. And once you landed in Canada did they issue u any record of landing paper and if they did did you had to submit any photos for that at the airport we well?

Hi Friends.... I have paid $550 along with the submission of application. Due to wrong e-mail address of my wife, missed PPR mail in October. So, we sent passport in January. Came to know from forum about landing fees along with the submission of passport. I haven't paid Landing fees till date. Kindly suggest what can be done further....
