Hi Guys,

I have a question: Me and my wife sent NDVO many mails in regards to my wife's Status and never heard anything from them. Recently, our MP office inquired twice about my wife's file and our MP office informed us that everything is completed now and it's matter of time and she can get Visa any time now. She told us since we applied in 2012 and your file was approved before 2013 which means in 2012 we still come under 10 months of processing time period not 12 months. But, its already been over 11 months.

But, my question I sponsored my wife in November 2012. Just wondering if everything is completed and it's matter of time before she can get Visa anytime how much long do we have to wait... Did anyone went thru this process.

Also, me and my wife sent them mail last week regarding the status. How long before they reply to our mail or is there any special line I have to write it under the Subject line before sending them a mail so that they will check..

have you checked your ecas? does it say 'decision made'? or 'in process'? if it is 'DM' then you will get visa in a week to 10 days....as for ND visa office responding to your emails, my general experience has been all my inquiries were answered within two to three weeks (their automated response says it takes 28 days but I usually get responses in two or three weeks). At this point, it will be of no use to order 'notes'. For some 2012 applicants, they have been waiting for visa just like you (check 2012 New Delhi applicants thread) even though they have completed all the process.

NDVO call- juneapp (June 21, call to pick up pp and fly before March 18)

PP returned- SnowLeopard (April 19, visa stamped on pp in 1 hour)

Thursday, Feb 20
NDVO call- DJ India (June 24, call to confirm DOB and to fly before Mar 5 as meds expire)
Interviews done- PJP109 (Apr 8, passed & waiting for re-meds), RJ1710 (Feb 22, passed w/ possibly meds extended)
IP- RJ1710 (Feb 22)

Friday, Feb 21

HI NAKSA, Sorry for late reply, have been busy lately. I received the call at 4pm, although with my reading here on the forum they call anytime between the office hours 9am - 6pm.

I received the call from 00141782000, I have truecaller on my phone so, I knew they were calling, installed it to make sure I don't miss their call, no matter how busy I am 8)

OMG --> My little OMG moment. NDVO just updated my Medical on 24th Feb, 2014. we also applied for PR on 19th june, 2013 like you. We are still not in process, only medical have been updated. Hope they give DM soon as our 1st anniversary is in 1st week of April.
