Aww yeah you are right its better to wait until she gets visas so you can go and bring her to Canada. When does your PCC expire? You should have done both so you wouldnt need to do it later. But if PCC didnt expire at that time and they would have extended PCC too right. Magess you dont need to worry too much about PCC. I believe you will be fine and they will give your wife a visa stamped without any problem. Trust me you will be with your wife on your anniversary so dont think too much ok. Bee strong and talk to your MP and ask why it is taking long. Wish you a speedy visa magess!

I got a call from NDVO today and the lady confirmed my DOB and asked if I can fly before March 5th. I said yes I CAN!!!

Now hopefully, I will get my passport soon with the visa and my long and hard wait to be with my lovely wife will finally end!!

Thank you SN0206, I am in a very bad situation where I want to go see my wife but I cannot go due to job. I have booked my time earlier so I can go pick her up when the visa arrives. I don't want her to travel alone as she never did went anywhere and also I want to see her reaction when she takes the flight for the first time in her life. Our anniversary is in April but the way it is going now I might get the good news in March maybe. February is almost over now just 1 more week and the only problem that I am facing now is her PCC which the officer said it might also got expired but she never mentioned this on the letter we got. If we have to wait more chances are it is going to be over soon and she might have to do it again which will push the file 3 more months.

I am very scared and I don't want to go through the same situation again to get PCC. This is the only thing that is bothering me from the day she got back from her interview and we submitted the medical.

Since you are already in process, hopefully your wife will get her visa. Plus I haven't come across anyone who had to redo PCC, only medicals. So don't worry. Your wife will get her visa soon.

Use blue dart company to send your passport to NDVO. You cant give them in person. Dont worry. All the best.

Blue darts. That way you can track your passport as NDVO do not give acknowledgment of receiving your passport.

im from Mumbai too and I sent it thru blue dart express in the afternoon and the next day morning 10am sharp it was at ndvo.......u cant go personally and submit the pp....its pretty safe sending by courier don't worry

Oh.. this is so unfortunate that you all are living apart and your husband can't enjoy watching your daughter grow up and the milestones she takes.
It really doesn't make sense to keep you waiting this long especially when their motto is to reunite families together soon. Surely, they must be working on your application.
