Sir i guess your daughter can travel on visit visa and apply for PR inland or she can stay back in India n apply for PR from here...check this website for further details

You can apply for visitors visa after the marriage. But the odds of getting it is not very strong. I got visitors visa for my wife and she stayed with me in Canada for six months until NDVO asked for the passport. Visitors visa took about 10 days to arrive.

Firstly, congratulations in advance for your daughter getting marrying, applying for a temporary visit visa after marriage is a huge risk, I got rejected twice for it, even though I submitted my wedding photos etc, chances for getting TRV is very less to be honest, my sincere advise for your daughter is to apply for PR from India and the processing time is 8-12 months now, hopes this help for you, wishing you good luck !

Hi Shelly, currently NDVO working on June applicants and the last they issued visa for 11th June applicant plus there are many many applicants still left from jan-may, you should hear something good in mid-end march or early april, please share your complete timeline to add you in spread sheet, wishing you speedy visa.

They were on strike from April'13 to October'13, also processing time for spouse visa increased from 10 to 12 months now.....
