Hello

Welcome to the forum. :)
Thanks alot for posting your timeline here. We are very similiar timeline and my medical expired too. Is your case a straight or? I dont know whats going on with NDVO for not working on ours. It has been so long now without an update yet. I wish you all the best for the speedy visa. :)

We have similar timelines indeed. Thanks for the wishes...right back at you...

My case should be straight forward. My wife is the sponsor (Canadian native), we've been married for 7 years, we have 3 children, we live together in India. Now planning to relocate. I don't see what the fuss is about.

Surely it's time we got some good news. I guess the only thing left for us is to wait for 12 months (March) to pass and then do an inquiry. We would be able to demand a response from embassy then. What say?

OMG OMG OMG OMG its a Decision Made so happy today...........All the best to other member and I wish you all a speedy Visa. Thank you everyone again.

A silent observer for almost a year says:

Application filed: March 2013.
Sponsor Approval and File Transfer: April 10, 2013.
Medicals Done: December 2012.
Passport Request: April 16, 2013.
Passport Sent: May, 2013.
Status: Application Received, Meds Received on March 18, 2013.

He goes on to wonder, "Approaching 12 months of filing my application. Hmm..wherez this going?"

Hi,

Did you apply for your gcms notes and mp enquiry to check status of your application. did you include proof of sponsor settlement back in canada once you got your PR. Apply for gcms it is faster than NDVO.

Apply for GCMS notes: Not yet. Besides, after a month, I would be able to demand a response from the embassy anyways. Isn't it?

I used the services of an Attorney for my PR application. He ensured that the proof of sponsor settlement was included.

No. You don't have to add all proofs again because you already have all of them what they need for. Dont forget to add your family relatives in the wedding pics too or trips something like that and you need to put notes under each pictures (when, where, who are they). You will need to send them your orginal visa proof and ticket that you went there for marriage. Send them whatever you have there. Thats more than enough for them to see that. May i know what your timeline is? Thanks. :)

hello....
i had sent lot many pictures ,but i forgot to add notes to each picture to mention about who, when and where....but i had made bunches of pictures of same category with clips and add tags to those bunches like "rokka pictures","reception pictures","honeymoon pics",like that.............i hope if its works fine for me.........i read here everyone adding notes to each n every pictures...i think i made a mistake about not mentioning anything on these pictures..........

well you can demand after one month. Will they respond immediately. They may take another month or 2 to give a generic answer that we r processing your application. Where as gcms notes comes to you in 30 days to know exactly whats happening

Are you implying that the information via the notes would be different from the status published on the CIC website?

I'd appreciate any information that you share with your experience with the GCMS process.
