I'm extraordinarily patient provided I get my own way in the end.
13+ months of application filed and 15+ months of marriage but still walking alone and still have no option but to keep patience.

Daily I see ppl getting visa who filed in july/aug and daily I check the status but it seems to be stuck like my life. Fail to understand who is unfair god or ndvo.

Hey guys need some help here.....
We went for interview yesterday.... I must say the lady was sooooo rude....she dididn't asked many questions.....she didnt even see any original docs.... Didn't let my husband to come in.....and asked me abt my husband's previous marriage questions....and at the end she returned all the pictures that were submitted with the application.... and also RETURNED my passport.... Now I am so worried abt my case.....she did say that senior officer is going to take the decision... After reviewing the recorded interview....any one have any same kind of experience... Pls help...

Aww thats really stupid how the lady didnt look at your orginal documents and not letting your husband in. How sad is that. Im so sorry to hear about your interview. Dont worry too much. You will need your passport for the redo medicals. did you ask the lady if you can redo medical as soon? You have to wait for sometimes until they update you. i wish you all the best for the visa.

What exactly did NDVO say on phone? Did they ask when to leave before medicals date or?

they said you have to in canada before feb 24. and they said they will send passport tomorrow for feb 11, but nothing yet.

Thats good news isnt it? You should be like omg! Lol. i heard postal office is on strike today is it? You may get it soon this week. Did you book a ticket yet? Wish you a speedy pp with the visa!

dont worry,if they said they'll send it on 11th,then its 13th only today...let the passport come to local facility for delivery then ask the VFS....they can't provide any info without tracking number....so just be patient for more day or two........relax.....gud luck........

aww ye i can see that your processing is too long man. I feel the same as you how they got the visas before us and its not fair what NDVO does that. i guess its the luck that they get visas early and some get it late. I am still waiting too long without IP yet so frustrated with NDVO. I dont know what they are doing now. I must say that im so proud of u for being so patient here and some of them are like you waiting for the visas. be positive. i wish you a speedy visa.

Its from VFS global, does strike affect VFs global too ?

A quick question on filling up the application. As part of the questions in the form "5490 - Sponsored Spouse Partner Questionnaire", I have attached all document proofs, like the marriage pictures, the reception pictures, the post wedding pictures, phone bill printout, chat, email screen shots and marriage certificate. In the supported document section I again see the point 5. Do i have again add all the 100 pictures and documents?

Also in the sponsor's section, what documents should i have to add to show relationship genuine?

No. You don't have to add all proofs again because you already have all of them what they need for. Dont forget to add your family relatives in the wedding pics too or trips something like that and you need to put notes under each pictures (when, where, who are they). You will need to send them a copy of visa proof, travel papers and original tickets that you went there for marriage. Send them whatever you have there. Thats more than enough for them to see that.

If its from VFS global then its fine i think. Anyhow, you should get it soon this week or weekend so hopefully.

Thanks alot for posting your timeline here. We are very similiar timeline and my medical expired too. Is your case a straight or? I dont know whats going on with NDVO for not working on ours yet. It has been so long now without an update yet. I wish you all the best for the speedy visa.

[dear do i have an option...i went for interview and my husband was not allowed to come in...i requested her that can u process the visa soon for my first home is being constructed and all our means to extend the deadlines for designing it is nearing to end and she told there are certain formalities and i had no option but to bow down and say ok mam, i respect the process and i got up. itna majboor life mein kabhi feel nahin kiya jitna ab karti hun. feel helpless..not getting ur right kills u...
