yes u shld take all pics before and after marriage....its very unlikely that they wld want to see but its always better to carry every proof with u you never know

Just made it in time...

12th flying to toronto from boston.
13th is our first wedding anniv..
14th is my Bday...

All lined up

My application was received on Dec 3, 2013
Sponsorship approval - 8th Jan

Delhi office sent am email with the file number of sponsored person on 10th feb but they didn't request the passport. I thought they usually send the passport request once the file is transferred to india.

Any idea how much time it will take to get the passport request, also will they send it in email or letter ?

yes you are right, usually they send the passport req as soon as they receive the file in india. just check the email thoroughly again.. else wait for another week and if still there is no update send an email to NDVO

Hi taj,
My Lawyer did tht on behalf of me, But I am sure it is pretty simple like replying their PPR email with your later submission info and the reason why you want that option.

correct me if i m wrong ...file no and uci no of main applicant will come through email in the same email they ask for pcc landing fee if not paid along with passport. Guess u hv rcvd ppr only. Confirn it with senior member in the forum...nay be myrah youtuve w2e or some1 can help u...

NOT all the times. Mostly they send the acknowledgement first with new UCI and File number. and when they review your file they request for additional documents....

they ususally dont check any documents but its better to take everything that support your wedding

This is infact the PPR. I got the same e-mail and my hubby has mailed his passports on 1/29/2014. To confirm we sent an email to NDVO and they responded that they have received our passports and my file will be under review. I am pretty sure this is PPR. I was just confused like you and most of the forum members told me that it is a PPR so I sent it

This sentence indicating towards passport request .coz with Rprf and pcc no one is going to issue visa. Until some one requires their passport for job or travel it would be better to send it.
