Ok so finally after sending 4 emails to NDVO I finally got a reply today which states "The file is currently awaiting further processing. Soon you may receive further instructions. We trust that this information will be of assistance." Should I take this email as a positive sign? Clueless.....Can some help??

It's a generic mail from NDVO even if you email them after your DM then also you gonna get same reply...

Hello All, I requested my MP to enquire about my file. He contacted NDVO and as per him the officer will start reviewing my file on 25th feb and will contact me for interview. Do you think they really want interview or mp is just playing guessing game.

Also how much time they would be able to give me to leave India because my medical expires on Mar 10 and pcc on mar 16? I have to serve 1 month notice period in my company and shift my things from delhi house to my permanent home in Himanchal.

I dnt knw the validity of visa..actually I didn't get my passport yet...It was decision made for me today itself..but I will tell u when I vil get it back.. ;D
