I am about leave Montreal for India to be with my wife for our marriage anniversary on Feb 14. Although we both are very happy about going to being together, our hearts are heavy with the fact that the visa is still app received. I am honestly scared to check ECAS any more. To the best of my knowledge, there is nothing in our file that would warrant an interview let alone delays. NDVO became immigration lords, it is unbelievable.

Don't worry!! We have mostly seen status updates on Sunday so tomorrow you might get some good news or they might call you and ask you to leave immediately before your meds expire....

Dont worry you should be getting dm very soon since you are in IP. Im pretty sure they will give you a visa before medicals expire. I wish you a speedy dm and visa! just relax.

I understand that you are so worried about medicals. Dont worry you will get the visa very soon since you are in IP already. You are same as Krunalpatel2010. Wish you a speedy DM and visa.

I think you have to wait until they email you, mail you a letter or call you for the interview date. Just wait for sometimes. You can try to email NDVO if you want to know when.

We have submitted all the proofs till Jan 2013 when we submitted our application. I think i don't need to show them the same proofs again instead of that I'm going to carry proofs after Jan 2013.

Proofs are:- Screen shorts of our Skype chat history after Jan 2013, Phone bills, Whatsapp screen shorts, Phone massages, Western Union Receipts & 2 Greeting cards.

Hope these proofs are gonna enough for them. ??? ???

I got below email from recent MP enquiry. ...


This application was received at our office on May 16, 2013, and is currently awaiting initial review, following which we will contact the applicant directly to advise of any additional information or action required.

I had got same reply in dec 2013 too......y is this happening to my file only.....if it goes this way I will get visa in 1.5 yrs......

Thats so useless one Mp gave you this message. I had that same thing before. We are on the same boat. hopefully they will give us good news soon.

Glad to hear that you are going to see your wife on your Anniversary and Valentines day. It must be a very special for u both.
