looking at your timeline, you are more likely a May applicant than a June applicant...few of May applicants are still waiting

Yes, we sent application at the end of May.. but they received it on Jun 5th, 2013. The last update on my file is AR for PR on Jun 5th, 2013.

No further update except passport request in mid july.

Congratulation Aman.. All the best with your passport process.

Just one question - are they giving such a less time to leave country and move to Canada? Because I work so I have to serve notice period in my company. apart from that there are other things which I have to finalize before leaving this place... any idea

Congratulations. Wish you all the best to get your renewed passport under tatkal immediately and get your visa from NDVO at the earliest. In the meantime get your travel preparations done. A Lot of logistics to be attended to. Any way waiting game is came to an end Bon voyage.

Hello Ram,

First can I know that your sponsoring your dependent child?

- Proof of sponsor's residency in Canada : Want to know r u still living in Canada yes im never moved out of country after sponsorship
- letter from the sponsor's employer : Want to know r u emplyed or not so after your spouse/child move to canada u can take care all the expanses so they need proof as u r employed I think this part of job is missisauga's delhis job to look after principal applicant im confused on this
- NOC : No idea what it is but if you don't have original and you have already submitted then attach copy of it and mention mail.

Supposed to submit CRA and as i came recently i couldn't submit CRA mentioned to them in a letter along with application

NOA-notice of assessment is it income tax related

Hope that make sense for you though still u can concern any agent or lawyer for more satisfaction but u have 30 days only to submit so make it fast Smiley

Good luck ram

Thanks

Delhi LVO trumps CIC-M, they can ask for any document
Submit latest CRA ( unless they say they need NOC from that year ), regardless of no income, you still filed taxes right?

In almost all the employment the normal condition is to give a Notice.
There is also a clasue stating you can surrender amount equal to Notice period salary. Short notices are at a cost.
To avoid the remedical and then further processing the NDVO finiding next review date for the file to look into to take a decison the file movint to IP, DM and then visa if possible better to voluntarily accept the short notice offer is the choice. In case not possible always option available to go for remedicals.
This incidence gives a caution to all the members to keep track of the passport expiry date also as we are keeping track of the medicals expiry date.

Hi Experts and Seniors,

I got this email from NDVO . I need inputs on this

This is with reference to your application for immigration.

In order for us to further process your application, you are requested to provide the following document(s):
- Proof of sponsor's residency in Canada I can provide this

this is to know where u will be staying post child comes to Canada

- letter from the sponsor's employer, At the time of application im unemployed i dont understand why NDVO requires abt my employment That was missisauga's work and they did it
his pay stubs/slips,

This is taken to assess whether u will be able to support ur child in Canada. U can send the letter of the current employer. Generally this is done by Mississauga. Don't know why Delhi is asking for it.

his NOA [Notice of Assessment for year 2012]; I didn't understand this I returned to canada in 2013 and i mentioned to them . Should i submit from the country where i lived

This is income tax return. As per law even if u r not staying in Canada but on PR, u need to file the return. U can consult tax professional on this & file it now & send copy of it to NDVO

copies of all pages of his passport showing entry/exit stamps and exact period of his stay in Canada.

Please quote your complete file number on all correspondence with our office. The requested documents should be sent by mail or courier to the High Commission of Canada:

High Commission of Canada
Immigration Section
PO Box 5209
7/8 Shantipath, Chanakyapuri
New Delhi , India 110021

You have 30 days to submit these documents at which time a decision will be taken on your file. Failure to comply with this request may result in your case being refused.

All this B*s*t for dependent child visa age 3 years. NDVO censored word.

Regards
ram

OIC..lol. I thought you were keeping a summary of all applicants on and off the spreadsheet when you posted

STATS FOR 3-FEB-2014 JAN - MAY APPLICANTS (below)

NO OF FILES IN IP- 21 (including 1 june applicant)
NO OF FILES WITH VISA ISSUED (DM) - 190 (including 3 june applicant)
NO OF FILES STILL WAITING IN LINE - 27
NO OF APPLICATIONS LINED UP FOR INTERVIEW - 21

So this is only for the ones on the spreadsheet?

YES :) this is only for the SS the stats are for.....people who sent their details add them to the SS lots of ppl don't share all the details so cant add them...:)
