how did u contact mp. did ur hus went to their office or email or just a phone call

First my hubby emailed the MP..then after few days when he enquired about it, the secretary called him to office..then he met MP & told status of child sponsorship in India..that v r sometimes waiting longer than even spousal sponsorships... ur data helped..now he has asked time till next week to revert..hope he does something good for us!!

I feel so down today and worried about the immigration after seeing what many people are going through. I miss my husband. Its been 5 months not been without him

it is hard but things will change soon..all it requires is for one visa officer to take a look at your file and approve it...probably 10 days of work and it will change your mood and that is going to happen soon...one fine morning when you least expect it, your ecas will show change of status....

Hehehe!!! Pretty sure about that.... and its not like we all don't have replies or equally clolourful words...if not more....but the difference is that such writting doesnt deserve a reaction to.....got better things to do like abuse NDVO and pray to all the gods possible for our visas!

relax....give it a week and then worry...if you look at Myrah's spreadsheet most of them got it in few days but few of them took longer (up to 10 days)....by Monday you should be uttering your 'OMG'.....and we will be getting ready to kick you out of the forum

We all understand the pain of separation. Nobody likes this process where we have to wait for so long that we even start to forget all the good times we had with our spouses. We are all praying for each other for a speedy DM. I am sure we will be getting our visas soon. So cheer up, there is a silver lining to every cloud
