someone sent me PM asking how to get originals back (birth certificates)? they sent him/her shiny visa but no originals..any idea other then calling or writing to NDVO?

Hi Chinnmaye, I appreciate your concern, and I have ordered the notes once and it has given us the news of "Interview is required". Now, it's just waiting to see when they'll contact us with an interview date?

Up to now, my wife has not received any notice for a ppr. I had paid the landing fee requirements long ago, even before getting any notice.

Quick question:
How long does it take for the Chandigarh office to stamp the visa after the passport is given? I was called to bring the passport over by hand and was asked to promise I would travel within a month as my medical expires.... Wondering how long it will take to get the shiny visa.
