I can imagine how u feel..but there is nothing you can do but prepare yourself for this interview and pass it.
Stay strong...be hopeful..one day gone is one day closer to getting your visa.
I have heard from few people that sometimes VO after the interview ask you to submit your passport.
You might receive a visa on the same day..or maybe couple of days later.

So they told u to land in canada b4 medical expire??
Yes... exactly. They will expedite your visa if you are borderline for medicals.

Hi guys,

When will NDVO update the medicals? I am not sure if they received them yet. My husband has done his medicals in July 2013 and applied in November 2013. Should my husband call the doctor to confirm if they sent the medical reports to NDVO?

Your best bet is to apply for GCMS notes. It would be recorded in there if the medicals have been received.

Its comment is only valid for people who never submitted their passports before...never received PPR

Thanks ramkris for your response. NDVO confused me so much. When I first saw the letter I jumped saying that I got a PPR and compared to others it is little different. My husband called the call center and they said to email NDVO. We have sent an email but no response yet. Fingers crossed, I am planning to mail the Passport but little nervous about it. I wish NDVO can be clear to people. All the best for your and wish you a speedy visa process. :) :)

i dont know why they have a call center. we never get any proper info or update from call centre

I am so confused with NDVO. Maybe I will risk and send our passport tomorrow. I have emailed NDVO regarding this but they have not responsed. When I called they said that they reply to e-mail query in 24 hours but no response. I think we will cross fingers and submit my passport :) Anyway, thank you very much for your response and I hope NDVO does not confuse anyone like this. I am in the stage whether to be happy thinking that it is a passport request or it is not. Some people in the forum is saying it is.
i think I have the same problem cuz I got a call from lawyers assistant and she said that they are asking for recipt for immigration fees and police clearance but nothing mentioning ppr and she is also confused! she said she has to wait till Monday till my lawyer gets back from india ,I really hope its a ppr!!! im so stressed :(

hi SN0206,

I called the MP today to find out about whether I should send the passport or not. They said if the letter does not indicate about the passport dont send but is there a harm in sending the passport now? Also she said 80% of the cases it takes 12months to get the visa after the file is transferred. Is this true? :(

Well no. There's no harm in sending the passport as soon so you might get the visa without a delay. We never know when we will get the visa early or late. i hope you will get the visa soon when they start working on November. Dont think too much and be positive. :) All the best for your processing.
