Do we have any idea of the timelines by NDVO for PR stamping ? I recently got the request letter for submitting Landing Fee & passport .

Hello Sajy, welcome to the forum, currently they are processing Jan-May applicants and they have started June applicants as well, you should hear update from NDVO in coming weeks, please share your complete timeline to add you in spread sheet, thanks & wish you speedy visa.

Hey Thanks for your reply thing is my husband has hired a lawyer who has been doing the process, assuming he's took his own sweet time, Anyway, i don't have exact dates but i think i did my medical in the month of Feb,2013 and file was submitted on July,2013 and the passport was asked in the month of September (delivered on 30th Sept,2013.) And i haven't heard from my lawyer since then for any progress. He says it could take more 4 7 months I want to know what month you think it could be? And also is there any suggestions about my travelling plans around March end and passport being there?? Am still in india btw. And i have to travel abroad 1st week of april 2014. Any suggestions? Everything is very unclear at the point coz of the lack exact/ aaprox. dates. Please assist me.

Check your application status You click Then under what category did you apply for select Sponsorship
Then select sponsoring spouse
Then click check application status YOu will enter on line service do as required.

My MP has asked to wait...she said file is within processing time...but we will go to MP again in feb...

landed last night at yyz torronto airport. too cold here.

trust me once u get visa you will forget the wasted year to get visa, i dont even remember now that i was waiting for visa.

Now May application is in full swing. Jun appicants a few started progressing Now any day you will get updates. You are in the fag end of the waiting game. All the best.

Sorry for late reply guys... My wife got her passport back with her visa on 23rd January with a validity till 24 feb . My file was in process since jan 17 nd. We got call from ndvo confirming our address on 20 jan .... Thnk god nd gud luck to everyone ...

Hi dear, they have just begun to start processing June applications. They haven't even touched mid June applications. So don't worry, your turn will be coming soon. They have not started processing your application yet but will soon. Give them another week or 2 weeks.

Hi, I am a July applicant too. It is normal to ask passport 2 months after the application is sent to Mississauga (1 month after it is transferred to New Delhi). There won't be any progress on July applications until June are done which the NDVO has just started so we will be waiting for another month or 2 months to hope for any changes to our status from "application received" to "in process". By the way, what is the exact dates you applied to CIC-M, date of file transfer, when medicals were done and Passport request? Myrah can add you to the spreadsheet so you can also see when you might be nearing any change in your processing. Please answer the following
