Well basically one can not have two requests simultaneously as I learned the hard way. They will cancel the duplicate and keep 5$.

Hi Youtube,
I have applied my 5th GCSM Notes last week. Not sure if its affects file or not but my status changed to Inprocess this week. Even I did 3 MP inquiry which are also in my notes that i received. If its really affect the application than they shouldnt have implemented ATIP notes.

I applied for three notes and got tired of going through that process and seeing those shiny words 'nothing started' ...you got more patience than I do....it is purely co-incidental that you applied for notes and status changed....

i m 4/2013 applicant.not received visa any advice?

if your status is 'in process' it will take time..if not 'in process' try 'notes'; contacting your 'MP'; sending specific case inquiry to NDVO (all these things not necessarily in that order....)

sun has come out; birds are chirping; sweet blaring film music from tea shop and will just wait to hear anything from NDVO....today will be a blast of status changes from NDVO....

Hi canuks, thanks for bringing this new piece of info. to my attention, however, I checked thoroughly the notes I received which stated that an interview was recommended and couldn't find a due date when listing everything about the paper file transfer/history. The only due date I did see with a 2014 date was under the "Eligibility" section, under this section it did also state that an interview was recommended and the due date given is 2014/05/30 - an exact 1 year after the Eligibility for my wife's application was created. Does this date have any significance to an interview date? Please let me know. Thank you.

I have a file assignment under Paper file its around 3 or 4 th page of the notes where my file is assigned to analyst thats and it says the due date and my interview letter has the same issue date.
Can you let me know which room your file is mine is in FCU-PA

The weirdest Interview:

I flew in to attend the interview. My wife informed the officer that I (her husband) is here with me for the interview. They (Gori visa officer and interpreter) did not see any documentation my wife brought with her. They just questioned about the previous relationship/marriages (2) I had. They asked for the previous divorce papers and that why we did not submit both. The answer was obvious - it was not required in the application. They only wanted the most recent one. She came out only to tell me that they did not want to see me. I went in (sort of barged in) and told them that I had the documents with me in my computer and can give them right away. They said no, we must email. I told them that I had come from Canada for this, and would like to meet with them. She (Gori) said "No thank you".

My wife said that they never asked for these documents. If it was that important they should have told us. So it took them 1 year to figure this.

The visa officer also gave back:
- all the attachments (phone bills, pictures, other certificates etc) we gave in our application
- and the passport.

Please let us know what you make of this?
