I have to wait now my PCC for UK and India both expired. Nw I guess i ll have to get both redone.

I dont think so. It happened with me when I filed my PR application 3 years ago. Both my PCC from India and U.K got expired but they did not ask for it again...

My medical expiring on 5 feb ... Why I'm not getting any call from ndvo ?

please try contacting NDVO. check your emails as well. they might have called you or u missed it. But if they haven't called you yet , they would be calling you within 2-3 days or expect re-medicals from them...

mum_girl had interview today and she passed with flying colors and guess what the best news she got it stamped right away she got her VISAAAA FINALLY AFTER A YEAR OF WAITING

I won't suggest you to do it, as it will act as a negative impact on your file as creates an image on immigration officials mind that the person is just trying to enter Canada

And again if you file PR after coming here the process timing is atleast double and you wont get most of the benefits till you get your PR

Hello all,
my application PR under spouse category was submitted on June18. i got a PPR request in august and then nothing till now like all application in June My question is regarding Medical. I havnt done my medicals yet.

is there anyone here who still havnt done medicals yet? i have already submitted the passport. Can i do my medicals without it ?

please advise.

As per the current procedure you have to get the medicals done before submitting your application and still its not late. So just get your medicals done and submit it to your local visa office

Yeah, it says "we received blah blah . . . . . . July 11, 2013", but my MP told me "you are August applicant", that's why I was a bit confused :

No, you are a July applicant as you submitted your application in July and CIC-M got it in July. We have similar timelines so hoping we get visa at the same time too ;D ;D ;D

I can understand your pain buddy. my wife ask atleast 5 times everyday and its just the beginning of the application. after you get married its hard to live without your better half..

Just received a call from my MP and he said that my application has not even been touched yet I guess they are working on getting the January - May applications finished.

NDVO is unpredictable. you never know when they will surprise you. I have seen a lot of examples.... one of my friend here in Calgary got the PR for his wife within 5.5 months, that was the complete processing time for him.. And i know lots of other people as well

so dont be tensed buddy and wait for the good news....
