hello Zarah. Welcome to the forum. June 3rd applicant got in process last week and there are many applications still waiting for the visa from Jan to may...you should hear good news before January ends.did u apply for gcms notes..all the best

do u have any of the below red flags?

I don't necessarily think that one of these things on their own is a red flag. But in combination they could be a problem. . A few possible red flags could be: (PLEASE NOTE U NEED TO SUBMIT A LOT AND LOT OF PROOF THAT CONVINCES THE OFFICER YOUR MARRIAGE IS GENUNINE)

- different religions
- different cultural backgrounds
- different educational backgrounds
- different professional backrounds
- if applicant applied in some other category and rejected several times (Any refused visa to a Western country is a red flag. One is not a big deal.The more refused visas you have, the worse it looks.)
- no formal wedding/reception
- family not at wedding
- friends not at wedding
- no/few trips together
- no/few trips to see each other
- very short period between first meeting (i.e. first getting to know each other) and marriage
- quick proposal after first meeting, followed by quick marriage
- haven't met each other's parents
- haven't met each other's friends
- age difference
- previous marriage they really need divorce, separation or annulment papers if not a big RED flag
- very different financial situations

Any news after u got ADR ? Did ur file go in ip yet?

hey summandeep, I have tht petition in email , but it has no seal from court or file number ? can I send that ? or it has to be obtained from court?

I don't know if he was requested for divorce petition hasn't mentioned....but his interview date is 24th feb or so.......

medical expiry was sometime in march I think.....

I have decided to send more proofs like tickets for revisit of my wife,photographs,call details........
i need to know that should i write details of every pic overleaf?

did you check how many days sponsor is allowed to leave canada during sponsorship ?.I read somewhere its 15 days.I know ppl visit and stay for some time but with out knowledge of cic. if you are sending passport stamps you are giving proof to them that sponsor violated condition . Thats my opinion decision yours

I never read such thing....could you please give me the link so that i can find this info before doing anything like sending more proofs?
