Wooohooo..... ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D after a long long wait. My wife and I are so happy to prove our marriage is a genuine marriage.
But guys this was the hardest interview.
But at the end we won and it was worth it. Don't know how to express myself.
A big thank for all those forum members who kept us positive all this time. The interview lasted about an hour and it was very intense.
I wasn't active all that much lately but I will be leaving my phone no of India so I can help with questions. It may seem funny but what happened today I am and my wife feel like we are interview experts

Hello guys,

I have a question regarding first port of entry.
My husband applied when he was In vancouver so the Canadian address is of vancouver on the application.
He has now shifted to Toronto, hence I will be flying to Toronto. Will visa officers at the airport cause any trouble?
Is it allowed to enter at a different city/province than the one mentioned in the application?
I am flying on 26th

I don't think it should be a problem, write the current address on landing card, you will receive further notifications on your current address only, wishing you happy and safe journey..

Folks my wife and I are in Canada and applying for outland processing through New Delhi. She is currently here on a visitor visa

I have heard that they ask for passport really soon these days and that will mean my wife will need to go back to Delhi to provide the passport.

Has anyone else been in such a situation?

Would it possible/a good idea to advise CHC New Delhi that she is currently visiting me and that they can ask for passport again when the application is ready for finalization?

Did you apply for GCMS notes, if not do apply for GCMS notes or go for MP inquiry.

I have some 20 applicants from may still waiting to hear the 2 words IP 7 applicants in IP waiting to hear DM .......and 17 applicants got visa....so more than half of may still waiting (they started processing may 1st week November 2013) and today they have started JUNE applicants which have already touched 7 months in their processing time.........by the time july starts it will be 8 months of their processing time......omg this is goin bad to worse....even though they have issued some 30 visa's in 2 weeks it seems like nothing has happened .........with so many ppl waiting still from jan-may......god bless us all........those who have got the visa's are very lucky and the ones still waiting ......lets all pray for miracles now.....coz this is the most ridiculous immigration process ever !!!! the rate they are goin the processing time is goin to increase very soon ....hope NDVO manages to finish the backlog very soon .....or don't know whats goin to happen to the new applicants of 2014 !!

I don't know about others who are still waiting to hear from NDVO and I am happy that June applicants are receiving 'in progress' but feel bit despair for people who have been waiting since 2012 and Jan - May 2013 applicants to hear anything from NDVO

Apply for the notes now or do the MP inquiry, it will help you, still 16 more days for your medical to be expire and in some cases NDVO extends medical report validity for 1-4 weeks.

no I had given my pr application as Ottawa and I landed in Toronto......its for whole canada the visa so you can enter anywhere in canada.....
