I will see you being the first one to be kicked out before me....since August, I have been doing nothing but addicted to checking ecas three times a day and this forum many times a day....I am getting old like aunties here who tell their daughters 'I am chronologically getting old and your biological clock is ticking..when can we see you deliver a baby' I have to tell NDVO 'I am chronologically getting older and you are mentally getting stupider every day..when can I see my visa?'

MY APPLICATION IS IN PROCESS NOW!!!!!!!!!!! EFFECTIVE JAN 8 2014.


We still havent received notification for re medical and police clearence yet..
I am afraid because When NDVO change our time for an interview, My husband didnt receive the email but I did! so, I hope this didnt send only to him..

Any suggestions???

Congrats!!! Wow, what a long wait. So very happy for you and I really hope that they stamp and send your husband's passport with shiny visa as soon as they get the medicals and PCC. They should be emailing you shortly I am sure.

Hi, Yes that is positively good news. They have transferred your file to New Delhi. Congrats!

There are very few cases where sponsor is rejected. The only time you get your application back is when there are missing documents. They would reject you if you have a criminal record, are on government welfare or have sponsored someone recently. If you answer no to any of them, then You have been approved.

it is more like a marathon..at times you will see runners behind you getting ahead of you.....your are running on Indian roads with bumps here and there..so just take it easy but keep your focus on the goal of reaching the end and not getting distracted by fellow runners getting ahead of you...

mine told me in two days with NDVO's official lines 'you are within the processing times'...at the most, one week I would assume...

in august 2013 early in the process when I did not get passport request..I sent an email yesterday asking my MP's lovely blonde assistant to inquire why I haven't received passport request yet...I think the answer will be the same 'you are within processing time'..this doesn't mean every MP will be giving the same answer ..some investigate and some lazy-gate
