no no....so for orion...they had asked him to send the medicals again the form which he sent and then his ecas updated to medical received...so if you see a couple of pages before orion mentioned might as well I also send the form the one I did in march again to these guys just for the heck of it even though they had not asked me to send and lo and behold I see DM in a week or more....

ok that's a good idea but my medical is updated on e-cas in june and I have everything passed RFV....im actually thinkin what to do im confused !! I emailed them 4 times called them 3 times now goin to mp.....my last option is apply for notes again but does that make any sense frankly ?? !!

yesterday i call my lawyer and told me my passport is with the visa office . so what does that mean? visa office..... how much a lawyer can knw my visa process in new delhi

actually i was planing to travel and get my pp back from NDVO then my lawyer told me not to coz my pp is with the visa office section confuse actually he was not willing to give me more information

Don't know really how much do lawyers know and if they seriously work...but right now I advise u not to call back for your pp.....coz 2nd pp submission causes delay and its a known fact with ndvo.........may applicants are currently in process june shld be starting soon already june applicant got ADR.....I think u shld just wait for some good news....to know if your interview is waived u shld apply for gcms notes .....its better to be prepared before hand and keep a track on your application on your own too rather than depending on lawyers

i dont knwo if it helps can everyone who is in IP for more than a month send the medicals through email again to NDVO ...I think I just sent the emial without them asking with the medical and lo and behold I see DM.....I would strongly suggest to everyone....just send the one sheet of paper in email to them...

Myrah...if one person from June got ADR in Dec...that menas they have touched June files in Dec itself.....as they should have....suddenly got me wondering that June has started but updates have not gotten thru on e-cas....seeing thats a person in IP got her passport back with visa....e-cas isn't very reliable then is it?!.......or am i just hoping against all odds and they are just the lazy meanys that we thought them to be in the first place?! :
