NEW DELHI - 2013 APPLICANTS.

Myrah...if one person from June got ADR in Dec...that menas they have touched June files in Dec itself.....as they should have....suddenly got me wondering that June has started but updates have not gotten thru on e-cas....seeing thats a person in IP got her passport back with visa....e-cas isn't very reliable then is it?!.......or am i just hoping against all odds and they are just the lazy meanys that we thought them to be in the first place?! :

babes june definitely has started ...someone outside the forum 4th june applicant got ip in dec........we are just 5 % ppl on this forum....don't loose hope gurl....surely before next 2 weeks june will get an update maybe this week itself..........they been on may since nov its more than 2 months so any time june will get an update specially the applicant who applied 1st week june .
I have just 19 applicant from june on the ss........and its a fact that june-nov there are always lesser applicants compare to dec-may........so don't worry the processing will catch up very soon....this month I think they will clear pending backlog

I jsut checked mine and it says decision made and

1.We received your application for permanent residence on April 18, 2013.

2.We started processing your application on November 1, 2013.

3.Medical results have been received.

4.A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Why does it say The office will contact you concerning this decision? Does everyone else say the same or they have some questions?

Don't know really how much do lawyers know and if they seriously work...but right now I advise u not to call back for your pp.....coz 2nd pp submission causes delay and its a known fact with ndvo.........may applicants are currently in process june shld be starting soon already june applicant got ADR.....I think u shld just wait for some good news....to know if your interview is waived u shld apply for gcms notes .....its better to be prepared before hand and keep a track on your application on your own too rather than depending on lawyers

ok that's a good idea but my medical is updated on e-cas in june and I have everything passed RFV....im actually thinkin what to do im confused !! I emailed them 4 times called them 3 times now goin to mp.....my last option is apply for notes again but does that make any sense frankly ?? !!

Out of all the calls you might have missed in your life ( bf, blank calls, marketing, good news/bad news etc etc ) - these 3 calls where something you never wanted to miss

IMO, get ready to fly to Delhi to pick up PP - you will probably get call anytime as meds are nearing expiry
