Myrah, Is there any case which has gone otherwise after it has been moved to InProgress?

long bk one guy got ip then got dm had a big party to celebrated his dm .....waited 4 weeks no pp later got a letter with his pp back saying visa denied ....this was just once I heard on this forum 2010-2011 or so not sure........poor guy

Myrah I think in your case the NDVO officer was probably calling you to ask if you could enter Canada before your medical expires since you did not pick up the phone they probably will send you for remedical. That is really stupid if they do that as they can call again......

don't be scared process has changed now....they cant reject u without an interview..its not happened in 2013 till now..u will get visa soon u have cleared all their tick marks since u are in IP

Myrah, I got an email stating that my file is in queue for final review, some time in the 3rd week of December. The mail also stated that directly decission would be made after final review or be asked for any more information if required.

Could you please advise, when can I get DM?

Oh really i thought it is related to the big long boats in which they race ..being a delhiite that is what i know

Boat race is during Onam festival of Kerala. It come in Aug-Sep.

I did my medicals on 17th jan and they extended my medicals till 7th feb im sure yours will be valid till 5th feb.......I hope u get the call back tom !!

How do we get to know if our medical has been extended by them ? Where can we see that on gcms notes ? My medical expiring on Feb 2

well I hope I am wrong....actually you are correct the friend of mine has his wifes medical expiring in like 3 4 weeks and hence they called that if she can go immediately or we will have to send for remedical....so she chose immediate....so with 2 months I doubt it.....

the other thought I had I think they are doing the May people as they are probably preventing remedicals and have all put the jan feb mar and aprill people for the list of remedicals.... I hope they come back to their senses......

in your gcms notes ...u can see under medicals the due date or valid till just check the date !!
