good luck with your interview..there are couple of people from 2012 and 2013 scheduled for interview as well in Jan. They should be able to give you tips and feedback on the questions asked as well...It appears that they are scheduling interviews close to the medicals expiration dates which cuts down on the delays

While its OK to see that applications are processed as they are received, but it's not a case of batches - its upto individual files and if work on them is completed. While many may coincide with the original date, it's not necessary that batches of a certain month will/perhaps be completed in a certain month.

On the other hand, forums are a great way to keep up on the trends, timeline etc, it can be a downer for some as they feel left out of the race but its not always the case ( there are so many factors which can sideline/delay an application regardless of the day it was received )

Very well said. For most part, I agree with you. Every case file is different from the ground up. However, the order of reception plays a huge role in that they are first looked at as they come in (first look). Also considering that spousal applications are least cumbersome (my opinion anyway, although they are plagued with fraud but so are the FSW with false experience certs). Another simple thing about spousal apps is that the meds are easy. They are an exception from potential too much demand on the system.

I'm getting a tad bit worried as almost all who were in IP first & second week of November got DM. I don't know whether I should apply for notes again. The last notes were dated Nov 14. Just want my hubby here before our anniversary.

Hi..are you a may applicant? whats your timeline? I am worried about the samething for my husband's app...went in process on dec 4 but no meds update as of yet...and everyones getting DM...dont wana b stuck for long ..
