Thanks for the answer. I'm a May 16 applicant. File transferred June 10th passport requested July 12th went in process Nov 27th. I haven't applied thus far for GCSM notes. Do I need to at this point?

Hi guys I sponsored my wife. I'm just a bit concerned that my online status just say application received but noting about medical. Her passport was requested and sent. Should I Be concerned that online status does not say anything about medical?? Please advice thanks.
