WOW! COngrats!!! I guess the theories where right. 2014 will start with new quotas and NDVO will be generous for the next months!!!

I suppose that smalls employes works even during the holidays to update the diverses status, and that the superior officers surelly had given DM before christmas holidays, without writing it officially in the files. They had to wait for the New Year to give officially DM, to meet the new quotas of 2014.!!! Well, I guess!!!
