criminality - passed
security - passed

WHAT IS THIS A JOKE ??

IT says envelope prepared for MY FULL NAME at my right indian address means what are they getting ready to send my visa?

Aww nice to see your notes that you got all passed. Im pretty sure that you going to get the passport with visa. Congrats for your notes. No worries. Its going to be your best January ever in 2014. hope you and your hubby go to Canada together. Wish you a happy new year and may 2014 brings you a best year ever and new life starts soon. It is so surprising how NDVO works. So I have my in process on Nov 1st. I did MP enquiry and I got on 11th December and it mentioned that the background checks have not begun.....wonder what criteria they put and put everyones on IP and then not work on it for months......hope I get some more information in Jan

Just wondering if GCMS puts the NDVO in action? Any thoughts people?

ordering notes does not make them work..if that's the case, my first time notes should have made them ask for my passport. Second notes should have changed ecas to 'in process' and now I have ordered third notes. I should be getting shiny something going by that logic instead I get shiny nothing. Some people in this forum have sworn that they got their visa due to ordering notes and MP's pressure. I think it is just coincidental.

What option is a better option to get it? email or CD? Do they give the same information?

email..if you order CD it takes longer to mail it you...yes it is the same info I believe

I think its purely luck who your NDVO officer is dealing with the file.....if khadoos like school ka principal then sit back and enjoy the ride with NDVO else ride the plane.....

They have to deal with local authorities many ways to confirm security etc, so lot depends on external factors and because the file system has due dates, things are delayed as many items are not completed by due date
Security is always hidden
If you read parents forum and NDVO 2012, there are so many examples where Criminality etc says not started and then GCMS notes after 15 days show all complete and visa was given, so don't be disheartened by seeing not started etc.
GCMS and ECAS is not end of all as it doesn't give complete picture
