yes u can apply again and use the same consent form no issues !! security is blank coz its not rfv as yet medicals need to be passed for that....

i got notes on 28th as u know and there are so many stars on it "NOT STARTED"
i don't need Notes Now i need Visa only..i did my meds on 20th feb and my PCC will expire on 12th feb...don't know what they are doing with my file there is no work done from last 3 month...if they will ask me to do re-med and PCC than these things delay my visa soo much..what to do yaaaaarrr.

I am sure your pp is already posted or about to be posted. Decision has already been made and ecas is not that reelable. In fact, all the IP files right now may have many DM already but not reflected in ecas. In Jan 2013, there were many that received PP with ecas still in 'application received'.

All the best, the wait is almost over for you. Would you do us the honours and be the first to receive Passport with shiny visa in 2014?

Omg I just remembered I got 3 missed calls from ndvo on 13th December n my envelope date created was also 13th .... Now I'm 100% sure it was to confirm my pp address

It is so surprising how NDVO works. So I have my in process on Nov 1st. I did MP enquiry and I got on 11th December and it mentioned that the background checks have not begun.....wonder what criteria they put and put everyones on IP and then not work on it for months......hope I get some more information in Jan

It is very unclear whose files are put in IP on white criteria and whose files are not put in IP.

GCMS is like an online peek done by ATIP at CIC and NDVO would not know that GCMS is pulled or when.

One thing that I know for sure is checks like security and background rarely shown as 'in progress'. They start life as 'not started' and once started they don't get updated in GCMS until the officer checks them separately and marks them as passed. My 2 cents.
