Looks like someone is doing work at NDVO.

My file been in process over a month but got a call today confirming birthdate and address.

Anyone know what that indicates?

So at least some people have good work ethics. This means good news for you. You will have DM and eventual passport back with visa soon.

Can you share your time line?

Thanks,

They take 30 days. So count 30 days calendar days and yours may fall around Jan 3rd.

Thanks,

I also filed GCM notes on 3rd Dec.I am also waiting for reply.

Are you saying you have concurrent 2 requests? They don't entertain that. Once I made a request while another one was in the system, they cancelled the second one in 2 days saying there is already one in the system. I could not game the system.

Thanks,

so it takes 30 days typically to get the notes. Ours is taking longer because apparently the idiots confused it with a previous set of notes that were released. So if you made more than 1 request within the same month, that might be a problem and you would have to email them clearly saying so - to treat them separately.

did you get PPR before medical ?

Not sure what you are talking about. For family class applications, medical should be submitted along with the application itself. However, it is normal that ND asks for medical along with PPR but most would have submitted medical along with the application.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for your reply..can you please share the writtings of your letter which you received at PPR ?
my was You are required to submit your passport(s), photographs along with a copy of this letter by MAIL within the next THIRTY (30) days from the date of this letter. As the validity of your visa(s) has been already established and is limited to a fixed date, it CANNOT be extended under any circumstances. We therefore urge you to read and follow carefully the instructions below without delay:

Your letter is a bit different.

Did you submit medicals along with the application?

Our letter asked us to submit PPR and get the medicals done (if not down already), submit PCC and RPRF and all. But nothing about the validity of the visa being fixed. We only submitted passport with a cover letter saying that we already submitted medicals, plc and all fees paid.

Hope that helps.
