Can we complain against CIC? I would love to do that......give a piece of my mind.....

yes u can they have a complain department ...my hubby did that at my time coz these asses lost my file in Mississauga ...and every guy in the call center gave us a different answer........i did not receive my sponsorship letter though i had DM .....so i had no clue when my file got transferred to new delhi....

Even I send some 150pic but, including honeymoon, and just call log. we had no email contact as we were mostly talking through FB, even my FB chat log was 100pages in just 1 month which i didn't send as well. Well even if you send they will not can cancel interview. I think you should bring that to interview. And, a valid reason for not providing it before to NDVO would be 'we did wanted to give out our personal conversation, but since our relationship is at stack I am providing it. other wise we want these message to say between husband & wife'

I have a question. I am wondering if I can still send in some proof of maintenance of contact with my spouse as I did not attach it last time. The only reason that I did not do this was because the chat logs are about 200 pages in just 4 months from Feb - April. However, I did sent my marriage pictures and a few emails that we exchanged and call logs...

I did not know that my wife was going to be recommended for interview as I found out last month from my GCMS notes. But now this wait is getting really painful and I have no idea when my wife will be called for the interview.

I am thinking of doing a cover letter and including this bundle of 200 pages and mailing it to CIC - New Delhi (I will get my wife to post mail it). Is this a good idea? Or should I just shut up and wait and present this evidence when my wife is called for an interview.

As you all may know or not, I did not have any time spent with wife after marriage nor did I go for a honeymoon. I am going next weekend for 3 weeks to visit my wife and we will have a reception (which we did not have last year ) and I am planning for the honeymoon as well. Not only so that we can show this as evidence in the interview but also for our relationship as well.

Let me know what you guys think...

hey call center ppl are useless.........I called them 4 times and all the time I got a very different answer ........please complain to cic abt whats happening .....immediately your file will be looked at..........and u will get your answers..........it takes 3-5 weeks max to get your sponsorship approval from cic not 90 days ...........i think the guy u were talkin to was high on weed

hey ur back i'll wait till tomorrow which is Friday and call them Monday and see what is going on . just to let you know I called my lawyer and her assistant went online to check my file and she is telling me all looks well nothing to worry about this is normal and to check with them next week ??? I guess I cant do anything else but wait, but it is so good to hear that you'll be with your loved one soon, have fun guys!
