as per Myrah's spreadsheet there are 20 or so May applicants still waiting to hear from their 'holy, highness visa officers'. Out of which 2 applicants haven't heard from his almighty for passport request. Isn't it nail biting moment to see person after you get his/her status changed while you wait in disbelief? it's like you run a marathon and you are leading and then judge declares you to slow down while allowing the guy behind you to run before you...

it is a million dollar question and if I find an answer to that I also win Nobel Prize..I guess I blame it on my karma who ate my dogma...on the bright side, my application was not lost in the basement or attic and according to my 'notes' I don't belong to any organized crime...what a relief and my family will be so proud of that..

If by March I don't hear anything I have a rishi/guru to meet in Himalayas to become an intern..smoke some bong and sing 'hare Rama hare krishna'. Right now, my guru has my 'application has been received' and waiting for 'medical results' status in his bong ecas.

OMG you never ever got a PPR? That is insane. You should call them to find out.

Oh no dear . This is very horrible and unfortunate news.
Was the reason of your interview your age difference of 10 years?
I recall that the officers gave you a hard time when they didn't let your husband come into the office during your interview and then didn't ask for your passport. Moreover, you got DM the next day after your interview.
It seems like they had made up their minds regarding your case.

That is a question placed at the same level as the question "what is the meaning of life?, "which came first, the egg or the chicken?", "do yeti, the abominable snowman and the lockness monster exist?", and also "what happens in the Bermuda Triangle?" which baffles even the most knowledgable scientists.

There is no answer unfortunately. It continues to be an elusive mystery due to being a part of the unpredictable nature of NDVO where officers do things that don't make sense.

Don't worry, I am sure you will get some sort of update before March.. Most likely even by the end of this month.
If you don't... Well there is always Plan B ... Although I am not keen on going there if I don't have too.

hello myrah,
you just told one member that it takes b/w 4 days to 2 weeks for DM from medical recvd, but its almost 2 months since it showed my wife's 'medical recieved', no change in ecas yet, i think it now is taking lot more than 2 weeks, whats your opinion, thanks.
