I want to know if i hv to mention consultant name on consent form for gcms or jst leave it blank? I think its not required because ill put my email id only. Is that right?

Yes consultant name is only if a consultant is applying for you otherwise just leave it blank

as you have mentioned you applied notes 3 times. I have also applied 2 times. i hope this doesn't affect our application right? I received my second notes last week. I noticed under the incoming sections, it is mentioned form 1344 and form 1283 and there was a due date -Oct 15 and received date was same 0ct 15. this means they were verifying my forms? Did you see this kind of info on your notes?

It does not cause any delay and believe me if you heard it from anywhere it's just a rumour. Your file is in NDVO and notes comes from ottawa. They are nothing but a scanned copy of your file. so dun worry, I am the live example for you. I applied in march and got DM on 18th nov. In this small period(which took really long.. lol) I applied for notes for 4 times. Infact my 4th notes are due next week, so dun belive in those stupid ppl who says that it causes delay and all.

yes these 2 forms and you should have details of PCC entered. also check the notes section in the last page as they are the most important part of your notes as VO will put his comments about your relationship there

if it's not written in the notes section then go through main sections which is Eligibility, security, criminality and medicals of your notes and check if you see anything weared there. Or check the Outgoing section and see if they had ask you for any docs which u didn't submit. If none of the above things gives you any clue then you will hve to guess the possible reason of interview.

Any kids?
Age difference?
different religion?
marriage was done with proper rituals?
parents attended the wedding?
did you have facbook chats, skye logs , etc?
did you hve any honey moon?

Thnx bro rest all is fine but I hvnt submitted any Facebook skype chat records as I was not aware about it at applying for my application but phone bills cards mails was submitted but I also hve refusal in Visitor Visa and wOrkpermit for Canada may be thts the reason for Interview I'm not sure now I have to wait more as per expected time frame as they are not scheduling Interviews fast

I received my 1st Note around 11 AM and received my second note at 2:30 PM MST.

Yes that could be the reason. They probably just want to talk to you about your relationship. You mentioned in the file that you had refusals in the past right?

Applied Oct 21, but when I enquired about it 1 week ago, they gave me Nov 20th as the date of release. I have enquired like this before and they always gave me a correct date.

You should get may be later today or tomorrow morning for sure. Strange they say 30 days, i received my second notes on 27th day.
