Thats a long time ! why is it in-progress since Sept 18 ? did u try getting notes and see where the file is stuck ?

I thought once it takes 2-3 weeks after in-progress or maybe 4 max. but its been 2 months for u...so thats weird.

Thats a long time ! why is it in-progress since Sept 18 ? did u try getting notes and see where the file is stuck ?

I thought once it takes 2-3 weeks after in-progress or maybe 4 max. but its been 2 months for u...so thats weird.

I have had done MP inquiry and GCMS.. waiting for results from both right now.. we missed our PPR email which my wife apparently did not get. after IP on 18 sept, they called on 10th oct to submit the passport. hopefully all is well and i get the DM.

Do you have any travel history, may be they are working on background and security check. This is why my file is been delayed.

NO travel history. Everything seems good. all fees are paid. all docs are in order. The only thing i can think of is that PCC would have expired in august. When i ordered my GCMS first time, it said that interview waiver is recommended and relationship is genuine. giving file for final processing. everything is legit still dont know why is the delay...!!

Ahh i see...so the passport was submitted after Oct 10th.It really suxx that ur wife missed the PPR initially....but it happens sometimes.dont worry...we are all pretty much stuck in the same boat with slightly diff situations from each other.

Atleast u have in progess....a lot of us are still seeing Application Received only!! so consider urself lucky

@myrah and other friends.....can u confirm how long it usually takes to get DM after e-cas is changed to In Progress ? roughly ?

roughly it takes 1 week to 2 months but there are few waiting in aug n one in July stuck in ip ... I don't get it why? What takes so long stupid ndvo seriously

dammit! stuck from july and august...hmmm....id like to think thats a rare case and usually its between 2-4 weeks(in most cases).
