HI Chams

How do you know your medical expiry date?
Is your file still in process?

Just if you dont mind to reveal, Is your case straightforward or do you have any travel history?

Actually, my file is also in process since Aug 27.

My wife got an email from New Delhi which asked to submit the passport ASAP. In that email it said the medicals is expiring on Nov 21st.
Our file is in process since July 24. She was in Canada for 7 months after the marriage.

Yes, I'm expecting to get an e-mail regarding my notes by December 12th. Do you think I'll get some news through my notes. I don't expect much from my lawyer, since he had no idea about ordering gcms notes to help speed up the process, instead, he kept telling me that the new rule is that post-file transfer to New Delhi, don't expect to hear anything for atleast 8-10 months.

thanks for ur kick ............ even if it was kick but was still a sweet one wish all of u get this kick by tommorow lol

rules don't prohibit you from coming back..you got life long membership and you will be an 'expert' in an advisory role...actually Myrah did not consult me so we have to rethink about your official kick out..even though you got your ordinary visa on a shiny passport your final kick out comes only when you fly off..good luck it is a nice day in Toronto with temperature ranging from -8 Celsius to -12..by the time you fly to wherever in Canada it will be cold weather...enjoy the hot weather here while you can
