in the past, at least some one can be confident and say that his/her medical reports are going to expire and visas will be issued before that..yours expiring in Dec but now i believe New Delhi visa officers can extend the medical reports validity to another 1.5 years...not sure if that means they can extend the processing time to more than 12 months (as it is now)

Nooo,Can't even think about that.
Did MP inquiry in aug , Sec checks are in process. God knows what they are checking for last 3 months.

After long time yesterday my status was change to in process.
1. Your application receive on 26th April
2. Your application processing start on 8th November.
3. Medical result have been recevied.
Now waiting for DM and passport with shiny stamped visa.

other words that can trick your mind are 'OMG', 'Shiny visa' besides 'DM', 'IP' and 'PPR'. What no one wants to see a lot are 'Application received' and 'medical results received'. Unfortunately, some people see only those two sentences a lot (in some horror movies young couple try to escape motel 66 but they cannot because any motel they check into is motel 66 in that town)
