Checked e-cas...still Application Received. how fkd up is that? its almost mid-november and im a march applicant!

Even ppl from May have got their e-cas updated. I really wonder if it all depends on what kind of visa officer u get.
Regardless...this is beyond painful.

Nope straight forward case. No complications.
They did not ask for my travel history however my wife only had a little.

Hi all, I have been following this site for quite a while...here is my timeline

Category........: FAM
Visa Office......: New Delhi
App. Filed.......: 22-April-2013
AOR Received.: 07-May-2013
File Transfer & PP requested...: 13-June-2013
Med's Request: Given with Application
In Process Status: 25-Oct-2013
Med's Result Received....: 10-Nov-2013
Decision Made: 11-Nov-2013
Interview........: Waived or Not ...I don't know
VISA ISSUED...: Let wait for Embassy's paper work and find out

Hopefully no interview and visa issued...fingers crossed

2) My status on the online CIC website says, Decision has been made, our office will contact you in writing. Now How long do they take to send what ever paperwork they have to ?

my answers are not based on my own experience. From what I read from this forum and discussed with lawyers this is what I conclude

1. most likely not
2. depends someone got it in one week and some waiting for few weeks. I would not open a champagne bottle until I see a shiny visa stamped in the passport.

u kno rite, what they would say?....... wait.... in september MP asked us to wait until October ...... In October she even mentioned we havent missed any PPR and all our docs r intact, but still wants us to WAIT... Now Its Mid November and we r still WAITING....

And this is the only thing happened from Jan till date

1. We received your application for permanent residence on January 29, 2013.
2. We started processing your application on October 26, 2013.

It feels like eternity....damn u PAFSO and CIC.

good thing someone else is affirming that I am not paranoid...I ordered notes twice and in both reports there was no mention of passport request..at least your MP did attempt to see if anything was wrong..mine just said NDVO says that your application is within the normal processing time frame so don't call us until after Dec...hang in there, this insane process will end soon and you will get your 'DM' in your ecas

Ya...i think i gotta stop checking e-cas...cuz it suck as*! lol sorry about it...but srsly...i really thought all jan/feb/mar should be done by now...or most of them!

You know what i mean. It hurts to see on ecas that nothing update yet so check after a week or w.e. dont worry i hv hope that you will get visa soon before medical expires. Be patient. Im waiting soo patiently...it sucks to be waiting but we will get it what we deserve it. we all will get this year so hopefullyy! Amen.

Look at my timeline, it is very similar to yours, i missed my passport request too, IP same as your on oct 26

I totally understand u zormas......I have stopped checkin my e-cas now.......no pt......guess we cant do anything but wait.......wishing that u get good news this months itself its abt time u get some good news !!

So wondering when you will get visa soon..because you deserve it here enough. btw did mp reply back to your husband?
