Yes, it was showing medicals received a week before it went to in process.

Once you had sent over the PP after their request, going into a hibernation for 5 months really helps than thinking abt ecas, caips, notes , MPs etc etc......

Hi Folks,

A newbie here. Just submitted an application for my wife about a week back. I know its a long wait from now. I have braced myself up for this.

My questions:
1-When is the appropriate time to order CAIPS? After a month or so when the file is transferred to ND or when the status changes to IP?
2-When is the appropriate time to contact the MP? Only when timeline exceeds the standard time period or when we get impatient ;-)?
3-My wife worked in Canada for few years (thats how we met). So she already had her UCI, which I have mentioned in the application. I assume Mississauga will retain this UCI. If so will we get an AoR mail as well from Mississauga?
4-What is the quickest timeline you have seen? Hey no harm in keeping high hopes right? ;-D

Medical is not update yet..sorry i don't remember about the which medical form we submitted..

dont worry steve from trend ive been seeing it takes 20 days from IP to DM. Mine was exactly 20 days also. Hopefully right after weekend for u

its OMG OMG OMG moment for me and my wife Got the ecas updated to DM.
2 of us got a lot of hopes and encouragement reading this forum. Thanks everyone for the good work.
following is the timeline for my wife's sponsorship.

File received-March 20, 2013
File transferred to Delhi- March 26, 2013
Passport Request- April 25, 2013
In Process- October 26, 2013
Decision Made- November 8, 2013.

congrats it took only 13 days for the DM

Yep same here!
Yesterday I had an email from NDVO asking for proof of medical, so I emailed them a scanned copy of my wife's medical report. I wasn't sure where to email....so I replied to the same email thread and also emailed through case specific enquiry.

i think the letter with the file number or the email you should jsut print that out and send with the medical proof to the delhi address....that would be a better way I would say
